This is to notify all regular service users of Drug Regulatory Authority (owners and competent persons working in private retail and wholesale pharmacies) that we will be introducing client visiting schedule with effect from 1st August 2019. This is aimed to streamline the delivery services and reduce the frequency visits that the client has to make to process a particular service. However, this notification is not applicable to the members of the general public having specific queries or requiring clarifications on our regulatory processes.
