What personal information do we collect?
To use the Drukmed app and related services, the user has to register and log in using a valid email address and mobile phone number. During registration, the user will be asked to provide their name and profession.
How does the app work?
Users can download Drukmed apps from Google Play Store for Android phones and Apple’s App Store for IOS phones. Using the app, users will be asked to register and log in the app. After logging in the user will be accessible to the Drukmed services and information. After logging in, if the user fails to log out or inactive for 5 minutes; the user will auto log out.
The Drukmed application is designed and intended for use by adults, and are not intended for nor designed to be used by children under the age of 18. We do not collect personal information from any person we know is under the age of 18.
In the event of any disputes or claims arising from using this service, it will be settled through the alternative dispute resolution in accordance with the Alternative Dispute Resolution Act of Bhutan 2013.
