Terms & Condition

1. You are requested to submit the sealed rates to Drug Regulatory Authority (DRA) on or before or before 25^th March, 2015 at 10:00 AM and will be opened on the same day.
2. The quotation received after the deadline will not entertained.
3. The validation of fares & availability of seats should be as per the detailed mentioned above and conditional quotation like an increase of fares & change of airlines at the time of travel will not entertain.
4. The seats should be confirmed and itineraries should be submitted along with the quotation.
5. You are requested to submit the valid ticketing license issued by the Ministry of Economic Affairs and annual tax clearance certificate issued by the Department of Revenue & Costumes, MoF.
6. The quotation should be submitted along with the security deposit of 2% of the total quoted value in the form of Demand draft/banker’s cheque/cash warrant issued by a reputed financial institute and should be addressed in favor of Drug Controller, Drug Regulatory Authority (DRA), Thimphu.
7. The quotation without security deposit and sealed envelope will not be entertained.
8. The lowest evaluated bidder who receives the award shall issue the ticket and in case of withdrawal, the security deposit will be forfeited and the second lowest bidder will be awarded.
9. Travel agents are requested to quote for the most direct full fare economy class and should have the flexibility in change of flight time/name change in the event of unavoidable circumstances.
10. The payment shall be made only after the trip has been performed.
11. The sealed quotation should be address in favor of Asst. Adm. Officer, DRA, Thimphu.
12. If the above mentioned conditions are not full filled than the committee has right to reject the bid without any notice to bidder.
