Drug Regulatory Authority hereby notifies the general public that any products claiming to possess medicinal benefits must be registered and sold only from licensed premises by the persons authorized for the purpose.

Further the Authority also notifies the individuals and agencies to refrain from advertising any products claiming medicinal benefits without prior approval from the Authority.

This notification is issued in accordance with section 16.2 and 27 of the Medicines Act of the Kingdom of Bhutan 2003. Non-compliance to this Notification shall be dealt as per the provisions of the Act.
